Returns and Exchanges

Not what you were expecting? Returns are easy at AC-Condensers.com.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there is any problem with your purchased item. We will send you the return form via email upon request.

Fill out the form completely and send back to us. Kindly specify details for the reason of return. You will receive a Return Authorization Number as a reply.

The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt in its original condition and in its original packaging. Send returned item via prepaid freight. You can send us the return tracking number for facility in processing of your credit or exchange request.

If you received an item damaged from factory or a different item than what you indicated in your order due to our company’s error, we will not charge shipping on the exchange. If the requested exchange item is not available, you will receive full credit in the original form of payment. Otherwise, the freight charges for the original and the return are non-reimbursable.

For returns that are not due to our error, or are not damaged from factory, a minimal amount of $7 will be collected as a re-boxing fee and 15% of the part’s unit price.
