AC Condenser is otherwise called as engine cooling system. Condenser is a device which can be found behind the grill, these condenser does the job of passing the heat from the warm refrigerant to the cool air outside. A condenser is actually positioned in this way (behind the grill) to take advantage of the air flowing through the area to help cool the refrigerant. In much simpler way a working of AC condenser can be explained in two steps:

1. Evaporator absorbs the internal heat

2. AC condenser releases the internal heat into the engine compartment, there by it reaches the atmosphere.

The construction of AC condenser include series of tubes. These tubes contains thin fins which help in cooling the hot air. Refrigerant which passes through these fins from top to bottom, losses its heat to the cooling liquid.
